Intermediate/Advanced Reformer and Arm Chair
Continuing Education Workshop
February 9, 2014
10:00am - 3:30pm
Intermediate/Advanced Reformer and Arm Chair continuing education workshop, taught by Mejo Wiggin at Excel Pilates DC.
The Intermediate/Advanced Reformer will cover the details of the most commonly taught exercises on the reformer. Variations and modifications will be discussed so that students understand why they are given and who would most benefit.
The Arm Chair is one of the most under utilized pieces of apparatus in the studio. The Arm Chair portion of the workshop will cover the many exercises that can be done on the arm chair. You will be amazed at the variety of exercises and how much your students can benefit!
MeJo Wiggin began her extensive study of Pilates with Master Teacher Romana Kryzanowska in 1990, and began teaching next to her in 1995 at Drago's Gym in New York. With the success of her own studio in Greenwich, CT and 14 years of continuous study and mentor ship with Romana, in 2003 MeJo was hand picked to become one Romana's Teacher Trainers to help train the next generation of Pilates instructors.
