Fees and Policies

One on One Training
One session is 50 minutes in length.
$65.00 per session (one session is 50 minutes in length). $600.00 for 10 sessions paid in advance. The discount value is valid for 12 weeks after date of purchase.
Duet Sessions
$45.00 per person (one session is 50 minutes in length). Two individuals. Prior Pilates experience required.
Small Group Sessions
$35.00 per person (one session is 50 minutes in length). Minimum of 3 people. Prior Pilates experience and teacher permission required.
Independent Workouts
Independent session rate applies. (One session is one hour in length). For the advanced student. Teacher permission required. Please contact the studio for rates at 410.897.0550.
Mat/Wall Unit Classes
Registration required, paid in advance. Enrollment is limited. Six week sessions to be announced (see Annapolis current schedule). Please contact the studio for rates at 410.897.0550.
Scheduling Appointments:
To schedule an appointment, and for additional information, please call the office at 410.897.0550. It is best to review available scheduling over the telephone. For first time appointments, an advanced payment is required to confirm your session time. Please arrive to your session a few minutes early to complete introductory forms. For One on One Training, please download and fill out a client information form prior to your first appointment to help us better meet your goals. If you need directions, you can refer to the map and directions, or call ahead for clarification and with any other questions.
Cancellation Policy
(One on One, Duet, Small Group, and Independent Sessions)
All sessions are scheduled by appointment. A 24 hour notice is required for cancellation, less than 24 hours and you will be expected to pay for your session. If you have a standing appointment, inconsistent attendance will result in the loss of that time slot regardless of 24 hour notice. Your one on one, duet, and small group sessions are 50 minutes in length from the scheduled appointment time. If you are late, you will be charged for the entire session and will receive the remainder of your lesson only. If a student is more than 10 minutes late to a duet session, small group session or mat/wall unit class, it is teacher's discretion if the student can participate in the class or should observe. This decision is based on safety for all students in the session.
Refunds
Unused balances of 10 session cards can be refunded or transferred before the expiration date. The used portion will convert to a single class rate and the balance will be refunded. 10 session cards must be used within 12 weeks of purchase.
Inclement Weather Policy
If Anne Arundel County Public Schools are closed due to weather conditions, the studio is closed, not to exceed 48 hours.*
We will follow the Anne Arundel County Public Schools opening/closing for 48 hours from a weather event, after 48 hours we will be open/closed under studio discretion.
In the case of a 2-hour delay for Anne Arundel County Public Schools, due to inclement weather, sessions scheduled prior to 11:15 a.m. will be rescheduled. Sessions scheduled for 11:15 a.m. or later will be held as scheduled.*
In the case of an early dismissal for Anne Arundel County Public Schools, due to inclement weather, sessions scheduled for 1:00 p.m. or later will be rescheduled. Sessions scheduled prior to 1:00 p.m. will be held as scheduled.*
If a weather event occurs in the evening or on Saturdays, call the studio to find out if we are open, we will not be following the schools.
There are times when the Anne Arundel County Schools have a scheduled closing outside of weather related reasons, in which case, contact the studio to see if we are open.
*Frequently, there are times when the Anne Arundel County Public Schools close due to weather conditions, or operate under a delay or early dismissal, but our teachers are available to teach. In such a case, you will receive a call from your teacher to discuss this option.
