Immersion/Independent Teacher Training Program (TTP)
The Immersion/Independent Teacher Training Program is designed to assist individuals in preparing for entry to the Teacher Training Program at Excel. At Excel Movement Studios we believe that to teach Pilates you should know Pilates. The Immersion/Independent Teacher Training Program (TTP) allows you to study the work of Joseph Pilates intensively while working independently with Excel program directors. Participants learn to teach the vast repertoire of Pilates exercises on both the Mat and Apparatus with confidence.
This one year comprehensive Teacher Training program is designed to accelerate each participant's readiness to teach as well as provide individual instruction in Teacher Training.

30 One on one sessions to advance your personal study.
50 Independent Study Teacher Training hours.
20 hours of case studies.
600 Hours of Apprenticeship
(Observation, Personal Practice & Workouts, and Apprentice Teaching.)
$6,660 total program fee
($4,500 TTP + $2,100 Immersion)

How to Apply
Please contact the studio for an application form and program requirements. Upon approval of application, an evaluation session and interview will be scheduled. The evaluation session and interview will determine acceptance to program.
